Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of how combat robotics parts are used, Roach Robotics generally does not accept returns on products once they have been used or mounted. Parts designed for combat are subjected to extreme conditions, and as such, we cannot offer a blanket return policy.

We may consider returns in extenuating circumstances if the parts are unused and in original condition. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us at teamroachrobotics@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective Parts

If you receive a part that is defective or dead on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved DOA returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost during shipping:

  • For smaller orders, we will ship a replacement ASAP.
  • For larger orders, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen, damaged after delivery, or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, this is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
